Seres de ficción - El lado oscuro de la papiroflexia by Mario Adrados Netto and J. Aníbal Voyer Iniesta, 189 pages, 24 + 1 models,  ISBN: 84-8412-081-3.

This book had eluded me for a long time, but I was lucky enough to get a chance to attend the 9th Convention of Origami München with Aníbal who brought a stack of books along:-)

In addition to 24 mythical beings, this book has a great section on all popular bases, including all blintzed variations and the stretched bird base; the last part of the book has an essay entitled "Introduction to Creation". There's one additional (non-mythical beings) model in the margins of that essay.

Except for very few models at the beginning, those are complex models (some are REALLY complex).

Oh yeah, and of course all models are from one square, no cuts.
