Safari Origami by Lionel Albertino, 158 pages, 33 models, ISBN: 3-9807526-9-0. The ISBN is for a new edition that's supposed to be unchanged from the original - I haven't seen it myself.

Pretty much anything "Safari" you can think of. Most models don't require very many steps, but are very effective.

The only photos are shown on the outside covers, but they're pretty impressive.

I really like the fact that for each models, the following info is given: level of difficulty, start color-side up or down, paper size, the size of the finished model and the recommended weight of the paper. At the end of the book, there’s a table with relative sizes of the actual animals, general hints for folding, and an overview of paper types for each model. The latter even contains advice on whether wet or dry folding is recommended. One page explains the "Wet Folding" technique, and the book closes with info on the French Origami society, "Mouvement Francais des Plieurs de Papier".

Lionel Albertino has included pretty much everything I like in an Origami book:-)
