  Solution: When you get to step 41 you need to skip steps 41 to 44. Fold as shown in step 45. Now comes the tricky part. You need to unfold the model a bit so that you can start doing step 47. If you line up the paper as shown in step 47 things will fall into place. (Contributed by Mike)
