Links

Note: When you click on an external link (whether on this page or any other that's part of my website), a new window will open. All subsequent external links open in that same window (as long as you don't close it). Unfortunately, once the "link window" is out of focus (not the top most window on your screen), it won't automatically come back into focus, even though a new external site may have loaded. Therefore, you'll have to manually activate the "link window" after each subsequent link.

Events:

Giant Paper Land  - Event in 2001 in which Origami Group, Singapore folded a 45.49 m King Cobra and other large scale models. Very interesting!

Personal Websites:

Alex Barber - As far as I know, Alex has the largest collection of diagrams on the Internet. He recently updated his diagrams section to include drawings of the finished models. He also hosts the archives for the Origami Mailing List and a Model Database that allows you to search for models that were published in books. Alex also has a gallery of models he folded himself.

Alpenfalten: Origami in der Schweiz - Matthias Gutfeldt's page with some of his own creations, in English, German, French and Italian. He also features a section on Ronald Koh's models.

Carmen's Origami Pages NEW URL!- Photos of her original and other people's models, a section on bases, and more. In German only.

The Clouds of Thoki Yenn - Diagrams. Thoki now has a whole booklet of his Orikata online.

Dr. Stephen O'Hanlon: The Origami Page - Dr. O'Hanlon has lots of original diagrams, plus a great beginner's section and other resources. Now at a new address!

Eileen Tan - Lots of photos, divided by animal; that way, it is easy to compare different designs featuring the same animal. Eileen is in the process of organizing her pages, so it's gotten a lot easier to get around.

Francis Ow's Origami Page - THE Origami hearts specialist. He has diagrams for hearts, modulars and geometric objects as well as a gallery of hearts.

Gilad's Origami Page - Diagrams for two models Gilad designed, and galleries of photos. He's also planning on building a book review section, that's definitely something to look forward to. Now at a new URL!

Gretchen's Origami Pages - Gretchen has pictures of Origami and tips on stamping paper.

Joseph Wu's Origami Page - Must be the most complete Origami site out there: diagrams, photos, LOTS of links, search engine for all diagrams that can be found on the Internet,... Make sure you check it out!

Marc Kirschenbaum's Origami Page - He has diagrams for a number of his famous models on his page, as well as articles on topics such as foil backing or designing models to show both sides of the paper.

Meenakshi's Modular Origami Mania - many great photos of modular Origami, including Meenakshi's own creations.
