Protocertops by KAWAHATA Fumiaki. From Kuusou Origami (Origami Fantasy).

One of the easiest models in Origami Fantasy (only 34 steps). I folded this one from a 33 cm square of a sort of Kraft paper for a girl from work who totally loved the one I had on my monitor:-)
